By accessing or using ReplyRaptor ("the Service"), operated by an ordinary company, llc, a California limited liability company, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

ReplyRaptor provides tools for creating and hosting FAQ pages optimized for AI discoverability, along with email draft generation features. The Service includes both free and paid features.

User Accounts

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, an ordinary company, llc AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless an ordinary company, llc and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
